Meridian Partners FZCO (“Meridian Partners”, “we”, “us”) is a cybersecurity advisory registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (IFZA Trade Licence No. 89800), with its registered office at IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website, in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) (“PDPL”) and, where applicable, the UK GDPR.
We collect the information you submit through our contact and newsletter forms: your name, email address, company name, and the contents of your message. We also collect limited technical data through analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy), but only where you have consented.
We do not collect special-category data through this site, and we ask that you do not include sensitive information in form submissions.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for consultations, send you the updates you have subscribed to, and maintain records of our correspondence. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
We process your data on the basis of your consent (forms and analytics), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (USA). Analytics, where consented, are provided by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Our website is served through global content-delivery infrastructure. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE or UK, we rely on the processors' standard contractual safeguards.
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your matter and for a reasonable period thereafter, after which it is deleted.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office or, where UK GDPR applies, the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
